Delivery

Delivery is a flat £7.00 per order, included in your basket total and in the enquiry message you send us. Orders are dispatched from within the UK. For current timescales on a specific order, ask on WhatsApp before confirming.

Payment

Payment is arranged and taken through the WhatsApp conversation with the team. This website never handles payments or card details — building a basket and opening WhatsApp does not charge you anything.

Returns and complaints

Returns and any order concerns are handled directly through WhatsApp or email (contact@tidalpeptides.co.uk) — contact us as soon as possible and we will agree the next steps with you. Your statutory consumer rights are not affected; general guidance is available from the government's consumer protection rights pages and Citizens Advice.
