Who we are

Tidal Peptides is a private UK company specialising in peptide technology and distribution. Data and privacy enquiries: contact@tidalpeptides.co.uk.

What this website collects

The website itself does not require you to create an account, fill in a form, or give us any personal information. We do not use analytics tools, advertising trackers or cookies for tracking.

• Your basket. The products you add to the enquiry basket are saved in your own browser's local storage under the key tidal-peptides-basket-v1. This keeps your basket when you move between pages or return later. It stays on your device and is not transmitted to us until you choose to send an enquiry.
• Web server logs. Our hosting provider may record standard technical request data (such as IP address and browser type) for security and operation.
• Google Fonts. Pages load the Manrope typeface from Google Fonts, which means your browser contacts Google and shares its IP address with that request.

When you contact us via WhatsApp

The basket checkout opens WhatsApp (wa.me) with a message we generate from your basket contents. Nothing is sent until you press send in WhatsApp yourself. Your WhatsApp account details, name and message then reach us through Meta's WhatsApp service under WhatsApp's own privacy policy, which we do not control.

Sharing and retention

We do not sell information or share it with advertisers. Basket data persists in your browser until you clear your basket, clear site data, or your browser removes it. Enquiry conversations are retained only as long as needed to handle the enquiry.

Your rights

Under UK data protection law you have rights over personal data we hold about you, including the right to request access and to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk). To exercise a right, email contact@tidalpeptides.co.uk.
